SHIPPING

We aim to produce and dispatch your orders within 2-3 working days. The process of freeze drying can take up to 36 hours, so if the product is not in stock, delivery can take slightly longer. At busier periods, this shipment processing time can increase, but we endeavour to keep this down as much as we can.

We currently use Royal Mail for all shipments and only offer the Royal Mail 48 TRACKED. Royal Mail aim to deliver within 2-3 working days. Please be advised that we have no influence on the shipment once it has been dispatched, but you can track your order with the emailed order/shipping confirmation.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and advise us immediately if there is a problem with the order, whether it is damage or a wrong item received, so we can rectify this for you. 

 

Our sweets are susceptible to crumbling and breakages due to being ultra light weight and delicate. We always pack our order to the highest standard, with plenty of cushioning, but this is something we will not take responsibility for so shipping is at your own risk.

We do not currently ship outside the UK.

RETURNS

We do not accept returns on orders, due to food safety/hygiene reasons.
