What are Freeze Dried Sweets?

​

Freeze dried sweets are all of your favourite sweets that have gone through a scientific process known as Lyophilisation. This involves freezing the sweets and then removing all moisture through a vacuum process, leaving a beautifully crunchy and crispy light weight version of the original sweet.

 

The process was originally developed by NASA for Astronauts to prevent food from spoiling in space. This process also extends the shelf life to around 25 years.  The process intensifies the flavour and provides crazy textures, offering you an experience like you have never tried before.

The process can take up to 36 hours, but it is sooooo worth the wait.
